This Saturday, my friend Hillary and I will be jogging/walking for the Concern Spring Run in Manhattan. We’re participating to raise money for people in impoverished countries, and for registering my name, I won Mets tickets! I’m not a huge sports fan, but I can’t wait to go to the game.
Before I can do that, I have to walk the walk. Help me and the rest of the Baker Street Pub team raise money or get involved yourself. If you’re reading this right now, you’re better off than most of the people we’re trying to help, so go the extra mile for them, if only this once.
I’m probably going to be pretty exhausted after the four-mile trek. I ran three tonight and already feel ready to go to bed. The only thing keeping me up right now is this blog (and Netflix), so I better get enough rest the night before the big race.
Any advice for me going into it?
